Hi, I’m Jon.

Adult Leader

I am affectionately known as "funny / silly", try not to take life too seriously and can generally be counted on to lighten the mood!!

I can be found cooking in the kitchen, tending to the garden, normally accompanied by music, I don't like silence!

It is so refreshing to work with a small team like ours that are fully focused and supportive of our children and each other.

Dinner times are a particular favourite where we all chat about our day, accompanied by lots and lots of laughter!

A few things about me

What might you learn quite quickly?
I am very competitive, I love all things Arsenal and when possible, I like to be out of the house on planned activities or road trips to amazing places. Every journey is a karaoke opportunity, in fact everything I do is a sing-a-long opportunity.

What do I love about this job?
From the moment I wake the children with a cheery "good morning", to tucking them in to bed, with a "sweet dreams", making them feel loved, heard, supported, regardless of how our day has gone, they are my focus and embracing our love-led ethos benefits not only our children but who I am sharing my day with.

What does love-led care mean to me?
Quite simply the importance of a hug, no words, no reason, just a few quiet moments when the world stops for a brief time.

Children who live with us should know that they will be loved, unconditionally, comforted, supported throughout their journey with us.
